WHAT'S NEXT?

STEP 1: PRINT CLIENT INFORMATION FORM

Print out your client information form by clicking the button to the left. Please fill out as much information as possible as doing so will expedite the evaluation and recovery process. Any unknown fields can be left blank.

STEP 2: SAFELY PACKAGE DRIVE(S)

To ensure no additional damage occurs during the shipping of your drive, you will want to individually wrap each drive in roughly 2 inches of bubble wrap. Make sure to use an adequately sized box so that the wrapped drive fits securely with minimal movement.

**Please make sure to include your filled out Client Information Form when shipping your drives to our facility.**

STEP 3: SHIP US YOUR DRIVE(S)

Once your drive is securely packages along with your filled out Client Information Form you will want to ship the drive to our Recovery facility.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Receiving Report – Once the drive(s) arrives at our facility and is checked-in, you will be sent a receiving report to confirm all materials have been received.

Job Number – The receiving report will contain your 9 digit job number which you will use to reference your job when contacting The Data Rescue Center.

Free Evaluation – The evaluation begins once the drive is received and within 48 hours you will be emailed back the detailed diagnosis and fixed price quote with the full cost break-down for your approval.

Approval & Recovery – Upon customer approval the recovery process will begin. At any point during the recovery process you can use your 9 digit job number to check the status of your recovery either over the phone or on our website here.
